I. This award is presented in accordance to “Regulations of College of Social Sciences of National Chengchi University English-medium Instruction Teaching Award and Subsidy.”
II. Eligibility: Full-time or part-time faculty members of the College who offer EMI courses are eligible to apply.
III. Criteria of awarding priority
1. Total student enrollment number
2. Nationalities of the students (local and international)
3. Course level (Bachelor’s, Master’s, Ph.D., Executive Master’s Programs, and self-funded programs, in order of priority)
*For co-taught courses, the award amount will be equally divided among all instructors. All co-teaching faculty members must be listed in the application.
*For inter-college courses, only the enrolled students who registered the course under College of Social Sciences will be considered.
*Award amounts are subject to change based on the availability of funding.
IV. Amounts
1. NTD 5,000 to 12,000 will be awarded if the course has over 40 local students; or; more than 10 international students.
2. NTD 2,000 to 5,000 will be awarded if the course has over 20 local students; or; more than 5 international students.
V. Application Period: The application is currently opened until May 5, 2025, 17:00.
