1. Seat Reservation: As this is a momentous occasion with limited seating, please confirm your attendance to ensure every graduate has a chance to celebrate.
2. Deadline: Registration closes on May 20, 2026. Late registrations will not be accepted.
Ceremony Flow & Venue Policies
❶ Stage Sequence: To ensure a smooth flow, graduates are kindly asked to move through the stage sequence (turning of the tassel and diploma presentation) without pausing.
❷ Photography: Our official photographer will focus on capturing the overall ceremony and departmental group photos; individual portrait services will not be provided.
❸ Venue Policy: No food or drinks inside the venue. A cleaning fee will be charged for any damage to the facility or equipment.
