一、 相關辦法：
依據「國立政治大學社會科學學院國際交換學生計畫實施辦法」（詳附件一）及各姐妹院交換合約辦理。
I. Regulations:
The guideline is stipulated in accordance with the “Regulations for the Implementation of the International Exchange Student Program of the College of Social Sciences, National Chengchi University” and the academic agreements between the partner colleges and CSS, NCCU.
二、 交換期間：
115學年度第一學期或115學年度第二學期（每位申請人以出國交換一學期為原則）。
II. Period of Exchange:
2026 Fall semester or 2027 Spring semester. (In principle, the exchange period granted to each applicant will be limited to one semester.)
三、 申請資格：
1. 請參閱「國立政治大學社會科學學院國際交換學生計畫實施辦法」第三條申請資格規定。學生通過交換甄選並由社科院薦送交換後，須確保於國外交換期間保有政大在學資格。
2. 如有其他學院學生申請，將以學籍為社科院學生優先。
III. Qualifications for Application:
1. Please refer to Article 3 of “Regulations for the Implementation of the International Exchange Student Program of the College of Social Sciences, National Chengchi University” for eligibility. The student who passes the selection and is nominated by CSS, NCCU is required to remain enrolled as a full-time student of NCCU.
2. Priority is subject to students under the College of Social Sciences.
四、 申請截止日/申請方式：
請於以下期間，填覆線上申請表，及繳交紙本申請文件。
第一梯次
1. 欲申請於115學年度第1學期前往日本明治大學或印尼日惹大學等校進行交換者，請於2026年1月19日（星期一）下午5點以前，填寫線上申請表單，並將紙本申請資料送至社科院國際學程辦公室(綜院北棟12樓)。
2. 其餘申請者（擬於115-2前往上述學校或115-1、115-2前往上述以外其他學校交換者）請於2026年2月26日（星期四）下午5點以前填寫線上申請表單，並將紙本申請資料送至社科院國際學程辦公室(綜院北棟12樓)。請注意辦公室2/13-2/22停止上班。第二梯次線上申請表將於2月9日開放填寫。
※ 逾期提出申請者，恕不受理。
IV. Application Deadline and Procedure:
Please fill in the online application form and submit your application documents prior to the deadline scheduled below.
PhaseⅠ
1. For anyone who applies for the seats offered by Meiji University or Universitas Gadjah Mada of 2026 Fall, please fill in the online application form and submit the relevant documents to CSS International Program Office (12nd floor, Northern Wing, General Building) before 5 p.m., January 19, 2026, Monday.
PhaseⅡ
2. Other applicants should ensure their application and relevant documents submitted before 5 p,m., February 26, 2026, Thursday. The online application form for PhaseⅡwill open on February 9. Please note that the office will be closed from February 13 to February 22.
** Late application will not be accepted**
五、 申請應繳交文件：
1. 申請表及讀書計畫（詳附件二）
2. 學期班平均排名證明（研究生免繳此項）
3. 中、英文在學成績單各一份
4. 兩年內之相關語言檢定成績證明單一份。
5. 其他補充資料，如個人簡歷表、教師推薦信（至多兩份為限）、相關證照等。
※推薦函請一律以英文或中文書寫。
Documents to be Submitted:
1. Application form and Study plan (See Appendix I)
2. Proof of semester average ranking (Graduate students are exempt from this requirement.)
3. NCCU transcript in English and Chinese (One copy for each)
4. A copy of the language test certificate within two years.
5. Other supplementary or supporting materials, such as resume, letter of recommendation (two copies at the maximum), and relevant certificates, etc.
※The letter of recommendation should be written either in English or in Chinese.

V. List of partner universities open for 2026 Fall/ 2027 Spring and the number of places offered by each university: Please refer to Appendix II. (Renewed on 2026.01.26)
六、 審查甄選方式：以書面審查為原則。
VI. Procedure for Selection:
There will be a committee formed and dedicated to review the materials submitted by the applicants. A face-to-face interview is not conducted in principle.
七、 錄取名單公告日期：
1. 申請115學年度第1學期至日本明治大學或印尼日惹大學等校進行交換者， 錄取名單預計於2026年2月4日前公告。
VII. Date of Announcement of Admission List:
1. For anyone who applies for the seats offered by Meiji University or Universitas Gadjah Mada of 2026 Fall, the result will be announced on (or before) February 4, 2026.
2. The result for the other applicants will be announced on or before March 20, 2026.
